Soccer Coach D1 Training Norcross
Location: Norcross, GA | Part-Time & Contract Opportunities Available
- Lead individual, small group, and team-based soccer training sessions
- Design drills that develop footwork, ball control, passing, shooting, agility, and game IQ
- Foster a high-energy, disciplined, and motivating environment
- Work closely with the Head Coach and General Manager to integrate soccer training into overall athletic development programs
- Track athlete performance, provide feedback, and guide improvement goals
- Communicate professionally with athletes and parents regarding progress and upcoming opportunities
- Assist in community outreach events and promote D1 Soccer Training programs
- Maintain a safe, clean training area and follow D1 standards for coaching and conduct
- Background in coaching youth, high school, or collegiate-level soccer
- Strong understanding of the technical, tactical, and physical demands of the game
- Fit, energetic, and able to demonstrate drills with intensity
- Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills
- Certified in CPR/AED or willing to become certified
- USSF, NSCAA, or equivalent coaching license/certification is a plus
- Availability on evenings and weekends preferred
