Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Senior Project Manager Agile Delivery Lead to drive the PathQuest platform initiative, enabling digital pathology, specimen lifecycle management, and clinical workflow modernization. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring a blend of Agile Scrum Master competencies, project governance expertise, and deep domain knowledge in diagnostics, pathology, and healthcare IT systems.

Quanum eLabs / Care360, Lab Services Manager and Lab Suite of Products knowledge is a must to have.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on servant leader, guiding scrum teams across multiple releases while aligning with Scaled Agile (SAFe) principles a.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the Agile Scrum Master for PathQuest delivery teams, driving sprint execution, backlog refinemnt, and stakeholder alignment.
Facilitate team's backlog creation, run all key Scrum ceremonies including inception workshops, user story mapping, estimation, prioritization techniques, and PI planning.
Strong awareness of test and release automation practices to proactively guide implementation and engage technical leads.
Represent the team in ART-level events and facilitate program-level synchronization with Release Train Engineers and other teams.
Coach and mentor Agile teams to build ownership of sprint goals, velocity, and commitments.
Promote a safe, collaborative, and psychologically secure environment for innovation and trust-enabling better outcomes in lab delivery solution
Strong Jira, Confluence & Mural tools experience required.
Ensure delivery visibility with dashboards and metrics (velocity, lead time, quality KPIs).
Cpllaborate withproduct Owners and business stakeholders to ensure effective prioritization, feedback cycles, and feature traceability
Manage dashboards & reporting through Agile tools like Jira.
Own thestatus, risk, and impediment management process : raising and resolving blockers with urgency and leadership accountability.
Drive retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives
Establish strong partnerships across cross functional teams to ensure alignment in delivery plans and dependencies.
Provide delivery oversight across multiple teams within the PathQuest program
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Agile delivery/project management, with 7+ years specifically as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead.
Strong delivery experience in clinical labs, diagnostics or healthcare IT.
Nice to have: Deep understanding of Lab Information Systems (LIS), pathology workflows, result reporting, quality control, or specimen lifecycle processes.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) required.
Experience leading distributed agile teams in a global delivery model (onshore-offshore).
Advanced proficiency in Jira
Hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams
Well versed in running agile team ceremonies/events
Business Acumen, specifically experience in diagnostics space and has high level technical understanding (needed to be effective with the team)
Extensive experience in creating the dashboards and generating Agile metrics for the team
