What You'll Do:

Provide a warm and professional welcome to customers, ensuring a positive experience.
Assist customers over the phone by answering inquiries and directing them to appropriate services.
Deliver exceptional customer service, educating clients on available services and promotions.
Maintain a strong understanding of products and services to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
Support sales efforts by contributing to daily, monthly, and annual goals.
Update and maintain sales reports to track performance and identify opportunities.
Facilitate weekly sales meetings, ensuring agenda alignment, team collaboration, and timely follow-ups on key action items.
Monitor, update, and manage sales channels and marketing platforms.
Assist with marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, monthly promotions, and maintaining marketing collateral.
Analyze market research and customer behavior to help optimize sales strategies.
Utilize spreadsheets and data analysis to interpret ROI and KPI metrics.
