Our office is quickly growing and we need someone who we can train to fit in our office team! Our Customer Service Representative / Receptionist needs to exceed customer service standards for current clients while also assisting prospects as they call in .
We offer Home - Auto - Life - Commercial sales with strong training support.

ResponsibilitiesCSR will focus on high level customer service which includes cross selling opportunities. Ideally looking for someone with a great attitude, willing to learn everything the industry has to offer!
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
- Return all phone messages promptly.
- Attend to walk-in customers as needed.
- Responds to all inquiries within specified timeframe.
- Maintain outbound call volume as necessary.
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service including commission generating cross sell solutions.
No prior experience is necessary.
