Install/Hardscape Operations Manager

This position leads the production of the landscape installation and hardscape construction work within the company.

Coordinates with Sales Representatives/ Designers in guaranteeing complete client satisfaction and maintaining high standards of team.

Duties include:

· Job planning and sequencing.

· Management of weekly and daily production schedule.

· Project Management and/or management of PM's as needed.

· Daily Labor and Equipment Management.

· Holding accountability to company and divisional policies and processes.

· Collaborate with Sales to ensure that the company promise is being delivered on each job

· Pre-construction package review and sequencing

· Pre-con onsite review with salesman/team

· Sub-contractor coordination and scheduling (detailed info must be provided by sales):

· Manage schedule for Utility locates with CA

· Material procurement and delivery sequencing

· Labor/Crew Management – Labor Back Log Management. Head Count Forecasting

· Manage Job Site –- Quality

· - Production

· - Safety

· Sub-contractor quality and fulfillment of the contract scope

· Observation and training of the crews.

· Work with sales of the facilitation of the change order process. No changes without authorization.

· Coordinates and facilitates close out process.

· Labor Review on jobs-Over/Under analysis

· Work with company owner to guarantee the success of the division.
