Are you an experienced Lawn Care Equipment Operator with experience in driving trucks and trailers? Barefoot Organics is expanding its Premium Services division, and we’re seeking a skilled Premium Services - Turf Manager to join our team dedicated to delivering top-tier lawn treatment solutions.

About the Role:

In this position, you will operate specialized turf management equipment- including aerators, compost spreaders and assist in delivering high quality services to our residential and commercial clients. Your technical expertise, combined with exceptional customer service, will help elevate our reputation for excellence across North Georgia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain aeration machines, compost spreaders, and related turf machinery with precision and safety.
• Drive and maneuver trucks and trailers for equipment transport, material delivery, and service applications.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, compost, and other soil amendments accurately and safely to ensure optimal turf health.
• Maintain equipment for precise application rates, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring satisfaction during visits.
• Assist in educating clients about turf health and best practices.
• Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning of machinery for reliable operation.
• Follow all safety protocols concerning chemical handling, equipment operation, and environmental standards.
• Maintain detailed records of equipment use, material applications, and service activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating aerators, compost spreaders, and other turf machinery.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience towing/trailering vehicles preferred.
• Strong mechanical skills, troubleshooting ability, and familiarity with vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Exceptional customer service skills- professional, friendly, and proactive in client interactions.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold.
• Physically capable of lifting and handling equipment and materials.
• A team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
