We are seeking a Sales Operations Professional for our client in Peachtree Corners, GA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering the chance to join a dynamic team supporting sales operations. The role is responsible for managing pricing, product data, and customer/broker/vendor interactions while enabling the Sales team to work more efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales operations activities including new customer setup, promotional execution, data collection, deductions, contract management, and master data set-up.
- Enter and manage opportunities in Salesforce and ensure alignment with procurement systems.
- Coordinate samples for targeted customers and maintain sales tracking documents (awards, losses, inventory, etc.).
- Provide customers with information to set up vendor accounts and add new items to purchasing systems.
- Support integration projects, process improvements, and training for new business functions and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer timelines and requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or related functions.
- Advanced Excel expertise required (v-lookups, h-lookups, pivot tables).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service mindset and ability to collaborate with internal/external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; Salesforce experience a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.
