Bookkeeper - Construction
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices and payments. Including A/R collections.
- Run by weekly payroll for 20-30 employees using ADP.
- Job costing.
- Reconcile bank feeds for bank and credit card accounts.
- Oversee monthly project billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Generate and present extensive progress reports to all stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status and milestones.
- Facilitate job start and closeout processes for projects, including coordinating documentation and approvals.
- Minimum five years of experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping within a construction company.
- QuickBooks experience required
- Experience with ADP run payroll processing is a plus.
