Our growing multi-location client is looking for a Sr Accountant.

Duties:

• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or variances in financial statements.
• Collaborate with Internal teams in Accounting.
• Track, compile, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse and logistics operations.
• Assist in developing dashboards and reports that highlight trends and potential efficiencies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAGE, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems).
• Strong skills in Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
• Familiarity with KPI dashboards and basic data analysis tools is preferred.
