Sales Merchandiser - Beverage

We are looking for a Sales Merchandiser - Beverage to join our team! You will be responsible for planning and assembling commercial displays for brand marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Service existing retail customers who purchase company brands and products
- Maintain specific company-mandated retail standards
- Manage strict quality control guidelines in all assigned accounts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Capitalize on any sales opportunities that emerge in any account.
- Communicate with sales reps and management on retail account issues and required follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in beverage sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong work ethic and reliability required
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to pay attention to detail
