We're seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to help grow the agency while building meaningful relationships with clients. In this role, you will connect with prospects, follow up on leads, and present insurance solutions that meet their needs. This position offers strong earning potential, warm leads, and ongoing training opportunities.

• First-year earning potential of $60,000 - $80,000
• Monday-Friday schedule with weekends off

• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospects
• Follow up with leads and maintain organized records
• Quote insurance policies for prospective clients
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process
• Track activity and manage opportunities effectively

• Active insurance license is required
• Prior sales or insurance experience
• Strong phone communication and rapport-building skills
• Organized with good time management
• Self-motivated and consistent in follow-up
• Comfortable working toward sales goals
