This Project Architect position offers an incredible opportunity to be hands-on with projects from start to finish, grow into a future leadership role, and work in a tight-knit team where most staff have been with the firm for over 20 years. Specializing in healthcare design, this firm consistently delivers high-impact projects with repeat clients and long-term relationships that secure work for the next decade. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect position include:- 3–5 years of architectural experience, preferably with exposure to healthcare projects- Proficiency in Revit (100% Revit-based firm)- Participate in all project phases from schematic design through construction administration- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical and design issues- Prepare scaled drawings and detailed contract documents using Revit- Research building codes, finishes, and materials to ensure compliance and innovation- Contribute to a cohesive design process through visual presentations and BIM standards implementation- Occasionally attend onsite visits for construction observation and client coordinationSalary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
