Salary and Benefits

• Competitive base salary starting at $90,000, and goes up based on experience
• Health Insurance: Employer covers 75%

Responsibilities

• Monday through Friday schedule
• Float between offices in Roswell, Covington, and Tucker (Atlanta area)
• Provide hospice care services to patients in a variety of home and facility settings
• Conduct home visits and admissions as needed
• Support teams when regular staff are out on PTO or leave
• Visit 3 – 5 patients per day based on coverage needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Ensure accurate documentation and compassionate, patient-centered care

Requirements

• Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
• Minimum of 1 year of hospice nursing experience required
• Strong clinical foundation with flexibility and willingness to travel
• Ability to adapt quickly and support teams across multiple locations
• Compassionate and professional demeanor
