Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed respiratory therapies and treatments per physician orders.
- Monitor and adjust ventilator settings as directed; assess patient response and document findings.
- Perform airway clearance techniques and suctioning as needed; manage humidification and aerosol therapies.
- Collect and review patient data (ABGs, pulse oximetry, and other monitors); communicate changes to the care team.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members to implement and adjust care plans.
- Ensure equipment safety, perform routine checks, and maintain infection control and accurate documentation.

Requirements
- Active Georgia RRT license and NBRC RRT certification
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA)
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in respiratory care, with NICU exposure preferred
- Ability to work in an inpatient acute care environment; shift flexibility as assigned
