Help us deliver complete, timely, and insightful financials. In this role, you’ll be the go-to partner for accurate statements, clean closes, and sharp analysis that informs decisions across the company.

What you will do

• Produce and review GAAP-compliant monthly and annual financial statements.
• Own close activities at month- and year-end (reconciliations, journal entries, schedules).
• Prepare indirect tax filings, including property and sales/use taxes, plus other related returns.
• Evaluate results, question anomalies, and surface trends with clear insights for leaders.
• Report financial performance to management with accuracy and speed.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting; analyze variances and communicate drivers.
• Provide audit, lender, and tax support with thorough documentation and explanations.
• Spot opportunities to improve processes and implement accounting best practices.

What sets you up for success

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience, including 1+ year in a senior role.
• Solid command of GAAP and relevant regulations.
• Comfort with ERP systems (Sage, NetSuite, JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP) and advanced Excel.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work is typically performed in an inside, temperature-controlled environment. Works and travels throughout plant environment of varied temperatures and humidity, and wears personal protective equipment, as required.
