A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC INSTALLER

As an HVAC Installer, you provide the excellent customer service our company is known for. You travel to customers' homes and businesses to remove and replace HVAC equipment. In this leadership role, when you arrive at the job site you assign tasks to your team members, making sure that everyone has the tools and equipment they need to get the job done right. Throughout the day, you supervise your team, providing guidance and support as needed. You constantly monitor the progress of the installation and make adjustments as necessary to ensure that everything is running smoothly.

In addition to executing high-quality work, you help us build great relationships with our customers by responding to any questions or concerns they may have during each project. After the work is done, you leave the job site cleaner than you found it and keep detailed records of the work your team completed. Your satisfaction comes from providing peace of mind for our customers and leading a great team!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC INSTALLER

• 3+ years of experience as an installation lead
• Experience with removing old equipment, installing new equipment, and maintaining accurate records
• Ability to routinely lift 50+ lbs

WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN HVAC INSTALLER
