8:00-16:45 Mon-Fri
Peachtree City, GA (100% Onsite)
Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting sales operations through customer service, order processing, and shipment coordination in a manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
- Receive and process purchase orders
- Coordinate delivery schedules with customers and internal teams
- Handle shipping-related documentation, including preparation of invoices, packing slips, and bills of lading (B/L)
Qualifications & Skills:
- PC Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and use standard functions
- Ability to create simple tables and charts
- Experience using filter functions
- Communication Skills:
- Ability to accurately understand questions and requests
- Ability to clearly express ideas and information
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
