HR Specialist
- $45,000-$55,000/year (Negotiable, depending on experience)

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to support daily human resources operations and general office administration. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate employee data, supporting HR processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintaining HR policies and employee handbook updates
- Support HR operations including attendance tracking and leave management
- Assist with employee benefits administration and respond to inquiries
- Maintain employee and payroll data in HR systems (SAP, ADP, or similar)
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (HR, Business, or related field preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
- Basic understanding of HR processes
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (ADP, SAP preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
