Our property is growing rapidly and we are looking for a night auditor who loves working with people, possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and has bookkeeping experience! $20.00 hourly
Responsibilities:- Process additional administrative, bookkeeping. and accounting procedures as required
- Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as required
- Produce and distribute daily weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager
- Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records such as room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, room charges, and occupancy percentages
- Make sure every hotel guest has a pleasant stay
- Diploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desired
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are required
- Flexible overnight hours are required
- Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required
- Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred
Royal Hotel Investments of Covington is a family of hotels in both Conyers, GA, and Covington, GA. We have 4 hotels currently: Hampton Inn Covington, Holiday Inn Express Covington, and Home2 Suites Covington.
The hotels are owned and operated by Navin Shah.
