Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced ERP Technical Lead Engineer who can guide end-to-end technical design customization integration and support for enterprise ERP platforms. This role requires strong leadership hands-on solution development and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality scalable ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Architecture- Lead the technical design architecture decisions and development strategy for ERP implementations and enhancements.
- Define coding standards development methodologies and quality guidelines.
- Translate business requirements into reliable maintainable technical solutions.
- Build customize and optimize ERP modules using appropriate development tools and frameworks.
- Create and modify workflows scripts integrations and interfaces.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to performance and security standards.
- Manage integration of ERP systems with third-party applications and internal enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot data flow API issues middleware integrations and interface failures.
- Oversee system upgrades patches and migration activities.
- Mentor and guide technical developers and junior engineers.
- Work closely with functional consultants business analysts and project managers to deliver seamless solutions.
- Provide Tier-3 technical support resolving complex system issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in requirement gathering solution design sprint planning and delivery timelines.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality scalability and compliance requirements.
- Support testing processes including unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing.
- Strong proficiency in ERP platforms such as SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics Infor or similar enterprise systems.
- Expertise in ERP customization development frameworks scripting languages and backend configuration .
- Deep knowledge of API integrations REST/SOAP services middleware and data transformation.
- 12 years of hands-on technical ERP engineering experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead guiding development teams.
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture database structures and security configurations.
- Proficiency in SQL development performance tuning and database optimization.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines version control and development best practices.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Exposure to cloud-based ERP solutions (AWS Azure ERP integrations).
- Experience with enterprise mobility analytics or reporting tools connected to ERP systems.
- Prior experience working in Agile or hybrid SDLC environments.
