Our internships are full-time with start dates in May/June 2026. Junior or Senior standing (graduation target 2026 or 2027).

Key Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced engineers to conceive, design, and bring to market innovative features and solutions

• Design and build innovative technologies that help lead fundamental changes to the hospitality industry

• Build hospitality technologies that are scalable, fault-tolerant, low cost, and easy to manage and use

What You Bring

Education

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field. Coursework, academic projects, or research in AI/ML model development is a plus.

Experience

• Internship, academic project, research, or part-time experience in software engineering preferred

• Exposure to one or more of the following through coursework or hands-on projects:

• Building or deploying ML/AI models in real-world or production-like environments

• Developing applications using generative AI and LLM-based tools

• Working with APIs, cloud platforms, or scalable infrastructure

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with .NET and at least one additional programming language (C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript)

• Exposure to ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar

• Familiarity with LLM tools and concepts (OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector databases, prompt engineering)

• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

• Knowledge of data concepts such as ETL pipelines, structured/unstructured data, and data storage systems

• Curiosity and eagerness to learn and apply emerging AI/ML technologies

Nice to Have

• Experience building AI-powered features for SaaS platforms or customer-facing applications

• Exposure to NLP, recommendation systems, or personalization engines

• Familiarity with event-driven architecture or real-time data processing concepts

• Awareness of responsible AI practices, privacy principles, and model governance
