At Nelson Elder Care Law, the Client Relationship Managers don't just sell — they guide families through some of the hardest decisions of their lives. We're looking for a Sales Team Lead who can keep doing that work at a high level while building the next generation of CRMs around them.
This isn't a "step back from the field and manage from a spreadsheet" role. You'll stay in the room — running Legal Planning Meetings, hitting your own numbers, modeling what great looks like — while coaching, developing, and holding a team accountable to the same standard.

70,000 Base + Individual & Team Performance incentive
Responsibilities:What you will do:
- Run your own Legal Planning Meetings (in-person and virtual), consistently hitting conversion and case value goals
- Coach CRMs 1:1 every week — reviewing recorded meetings, running role plays, sharpening objection handling
- Own team performance: conversion rates, average case value, audit scores, and catch problems early
- Onboard and certify new CRMs, accelerating their ramp to full productivity
- Be the voice of the sales team — flagging trends, improving scripts and tools, partnering with leadership
- Hold the team accountable to daily KPIs and follow-through
What you bring:
- 5+ years of consultative B2C sales experience, with a track record of beating goals
- Real experience coaching or developing sales professionals
- Sharp instincts for reading performance data and turning it into coaching
- CRM software fluency
- Leadership presence — people want to be coached by you
Success looks like: ≥65% individual conversion rate, case values at or above firm goal, and a team that's hitting its numbers because of the environment you built.
