bi-vocational pastor
(1) This a bi-vocational pastor job.
(2) The church hours of operation are Sunday 10:00am to 12:00pm and Wednesday evening from 6:00pm to 7:00pm.
(3) We prefer the KJV version of the Bible, God’s inerrant word.
(4) Education: college or seminary. Experience in pastoring a church goes a long way, it’s not always about Education.
(5) The church likes an expository preacher and be bold and confident in preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ crucified.
(6) Some IT and computer skills would be a plus.
(7) Some musical skills would be nice but if you can make a joyful noise to the Lord that would be ok too.
(8) Must be able to visit the sick, homebound, and those who are in the hospital.
(9) Need to be patient, encouraging and longsuffering with the body of Christ.
(10) Need to be able to teach organizational skills and the daily operations of the church.
(11) Must share the gospel with the world and grow the church and evangelize the local community around the church.
(12) Must be willing to step out on faith and meet a challenge head on.
(13) Grow the church physically and spiritually.
(14) Stand boldly for God’s written word the bible even when the world doesn’t.
(15) Be a light for this world so the lost will have the opportunity to know the Lord Jesus Christ as their redeemer and savior.
