CDL A Truck Driver OTR
OTR Reefer Truck Driver:

- Earn $1,550 – $1,850+ Weekly.
- Base Pay: $0.55 CPM + Incentives (Up to $0.68 CPM).
- Clean DOT Inspection Bonus.
- 24/7 Dispatch Support.
- Fuel Cards Provided.
- 1099 Position.
Driver Requirements:
- 2+ years OTR experience (Reefer experience preferred).
- Clean MVR & PSP.
- No more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
- No DUI/DWI in the last 3 years.
- Must be at least 23 years old.
- Felony/misdemeanor history reviewed case-by-case.
What You’ll Do:
- Safely transport goods between plants, retail, and distribution centers.
- Inspect and maintain your vehicle regularly.
- Plan routes efficiently and stick to delivery schedules.
- Follow all DOT and company safety regulations.
- Handle delivery instructions and necessary paperwork.
- Maneuver and position trucks for loading/unloading.
- Report any issues, accidents, or violations promptly.
