Position Overview:
JC Lewis Motor Company is looking for a dependable and energetic Service Porter to join our Service Team. In this role, you will ensure customer vehicles are safely moved to and from service areas, kept clean, and properly fueled, while supporting Service Advisors and the Service Manager. This is a key position for maintaining smooth service operations and providing an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Move customer vehicles to and from the service area efficiently and safely.

• Park vehicles in the service lot and maintain organized key storage.

• Assist Service Advisors by preparing vehicles for service and returning them to customers.

• Keep drive lanes clear and clean, removing oil, dirt, and debris as needed.

• Ensure loaner fleet vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customer use.

• Assist with Service Shuttle and valet duties as needed.

• Perform other tasks as assigned to support the Service Department.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to safely operate and move vehicles of all sizes.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.

• Ability to perform physically active tasks throughout the day.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced dealership service area and lot.

• Exposure to outdoor conditions, vehicles, and automotive fluids.
