Location: Atlanta, GA (30345) | 100% On-site

Compensation & Schedule

• $18.50/hr

• Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM EST

• Full-time, weekday availability, possible Saturday's as needed

ROLE IMPACT

As an Appointment Scheduler, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and provider offices—helping coordinate imaging appointments with care and precision. Your attention to detail ensures accurate data entry and smooth patient experiences in a fast-paced outpatient diagnostics environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule and confirm imaging appointments using internal systems

• Explain procedures, prep instructions, and directions to patients and providers

• Contact physician offices to secure imaging orders when needed

• Answer calls, respond to questions, or route to appropriate staff

• Maintain professionalism and escalate concerns as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED

• Previous experience in a healthcare/medical call center environment

• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

• Good job stability (a minimum of 1 year at all previous roles)

• Must live within a 30 mile radius of Atlanta, GA
