Location: Atlanta, GA (Local candidates highly preferred for onsite work.)

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Dept. of Administrative Services is seeking an experienced Senior System Analyst to provide hands-on technical expertise on a team of systems analysts and systems administrators.

Required Skills
- Experience in IT: Required. 10 + yrs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related technical discipline. Highly desired.
- Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications: (e.g., Windows Server, Office 365, Azure). Highly desirable.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing. Required.
- Proven expertise in O365, AD, Exchange Server, Windows, VPN, RDP, MS Teams. Required. 10 + yrs.
- Relevant industry experience in a Microsoft enterprise environment. Required. 5 + yrs.
- Experience with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) upgrade, consolidation, and migration projects. Required.3 + yrs.
- Experience with Office/Microsoft 365 with at least one year of experience migrating mailboxes. Required. 2 + yrs.
- Experience Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) or Azure Active Directory and understanding of SAML 2.0 and cloud SSO providers. Required. 1 + yrs.
- Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure management and supporting SharePoint environments would be a plus. Highly desired.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Required.
- Experience in coordinating with third-party technical support vendors. Required.
- Solid understanding of IT service management and ITIL best practices is a plus. Highly desired.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in information Technology or related field or equivalent experience required.
