Job Title: OR Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: Travel Shift: Variable Weekend/Weekdays Hours per Shift: 12-hour shifts Experience: 2+ years in OR License: Active Nursing License Certifications: Current BLS, PALS Must-Have: FLU Vaccination Required. Up-to-date Resume. Skills Checklist Matching Specialty. 2 Recent OR Supervisor/Manager References. EMR Experience - EPIC. RTO Included at Time of Submission. Nicotine-Free Facility. Description: The position requires an experienced OR Nurse with a minimum of 2 years in the operating room. Candidates must provide an up-to-date resume detailing their experience. Pediatric OR experience is preferred. Ability to scrub is a plus but not mandatory. Experience in Neuro, Ortho, ENT, General, and Eyes surgery is required. Office surgery experience is not acceptable. Candidates will be required to receive a flu vaccination; no exemptions will be accepted. A skills checklist matching the specialty is necessary for submission. References from two recent OR supervisors or managers should be included. Current certifications in BLS and PALS are mandatory. Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC, is required. RTO must be included at the time of application submission. The facility is nicotine-free, and candidates will be tested along with a drug screening. About Cynet Health
