Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior AI Consultant with extensive experience in enterprise AI strategy, data platforms, and advanced analytics within the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions , while collaborating with executive leadership to drive AI adoption and innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI strategy and implementation , with a focus on healthcare, clinical, and life sciences environments.

• Design and implement production-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory compliance.

• Build and deploy large-scale data and analytics platforms to support AI-driven insights and decision-making.

• Integrate Responsible AI practices , including model governance, risk management, and explainability frameworks into AI delivery pipelines.

• Collaborate with executive leadership and business stakeholders to identify and integrate emerging AI technologies into the enterprise roadmap.

• Implement advanced AI solutions using technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and Agentic AI workflows .

• Drive AI adoption and literacy across the organization through effective change management and stakeholder engagement.

Required Experience

• 12+ years of experience in AI, data analytics, or consulting roles.

• Strong background in Healthcare, Clinical, or Life Sciences domains .

• Proven experience implementing enterprise-level AI/ML and Generative AI solutions .

• Experience building scalable data and analytics platforms .

• Strong understanding of Responsible AI, model governance, and compliance frameworks .

• Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams .
