Amazon Operations & Fulfillment Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Amazon Operations & Fulfillment Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, fulfillment processes, and team performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, and a proven background in managing fast-paced distribution environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse and fulfillment operations.
- Manage order processing, picking, packing, and shipping workflows.
- Ensure all Amazon orders meet SLA and compliance standards.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate replenishment.
- Supervise warehouse staff and lead performance improvement initiatives.
- Generate and analyze operational reports and KPIs.
- Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, Amazon Logistics, etc.).
- Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Amazon operations or fulfillment management.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of 3PL and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing high-volume eCommerce accounts.
- Background in inventory control and forecasting.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
