Shipping Clerk - Now Hiring

Your responsibilities:

- Parcel labeling: accurately print and apply shipping labels to individual boxes or parcels using automated or carrier-provided software.
- Order verification: perform final checks on boxed orders, matching the internal packing slip to the external shipping label.
- System entry support: assist senior clerks with data entry tasks related to order tracking numbers and manifest creation.
- Staging and sorting: sort and organize finished parcels into designated carrier bins or staging areas for daily pickup.
- Adaptability: quickly learn and apply specific parcel shipping and packaging procedures used by different clients during each short-term mandate.

qualifications:

• Packing & Labeling product according to specifications
• Verify quality & quantity according to order and invoices

• Inspect material supplies and inventory
• Using inventory management software

dress code:
Steel-toed or Composite boots/shoes are required. Shirts must cover the shoulders and midriff, have no obscene language or images, and be free of rips, tears, and holes. Acceptable pants: Jeans, khakis, or Dickies-style pants (must be free of rips, tears, and holes). Not allowed: Leggings, athletic pants, sweatpants, pajama pants, or shorts. Hair longer than shoulder length must be pulled back.
