Description:

This role is responsible for supporting the technical infrastructure of Free TV Networks to provide a productive technological experience for end-users.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management

• Configure, deploy, and manage PC and Mac computers.
• Provide ongoing technical support for installed computers and printers.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Help maintain existing VOIP system.
• Work with Director, Information Technology on implementing new endpoint deployment methods, security policies, and workflows within Microsoft 365 and other 3rd party products.

Conference Technologies

• Support and maintain conference room technologies such as Zoom Rooms and Teams, utilizing 3rd Party Zoom appliances such a Logitech Rally and AVer Cameras.
• Assist in setup and running Zoom leadership and company-wide meetings, including PowerPoint Presentations and video.

Asset Management

• Maintain accurate inventory of all IT equipment in the Asset Management system.
• Manage lifecycle of assets, including repair and proper disposal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Calm under pressure.
• Able to work collaboratively with third-party vendors and internal teams.
• Relentless in finding solutions to problems and working through them until a solution is found.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of networking and domain management (DNS, AD, IP).
• Working knowledge of virtual environments such as Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Experience in configuration and remote management of endpoint devices, both Mac and PC.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 administration, including, but not limited, Intune, Entra, and Exchange.
• Familiarity in Office 365 security, including MFA, SAML, Defender, Conditional Access Policies, and LAPS.
• Experience with various storage appliances (NAS, LTO).
• PowerShell scripting experience a plus.
• Background in the media and entertainment industry a plus, including supporting software such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
