Medical Call Center Representative
For over 20 years, Advanced Ear, Nose, Throat and Allergy has provided top-notch otolaryngological care to the Atlanta community. In an effort to meet the needs of our patients, we are seeking a compassionate individual to assist with incoming patient phone calls throughout the day, helping to deliver a high level of service to the people entrusting us with their care. This person will be expected to answer all incoming calls promptly and courteously. As the first point of contact for many people calling in, it is important that this person have excellent customer service skills. If you think you would be a good fit, please apply!
Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-Line phone
- Patient registration
- Schedule appointments
- Respond to general inquiries
- Escalate patient issues appropriately
- Represent the business in a positive and professional manner
- Protect patient confidentiality
- Cover front desk as needed
- Other duties as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service Skills
- Attention to detail
- High level of accuracy
- Microsoft Office
- Reliable Transportation
- EMR experience a plus
- Previous medical experience a plus
