Description:
Cyclone is seeking skilled operators to join one of our crews on various construction job sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery (loaders, rollers, scrapers, dozers, track hoe, etc.). This role requires a strong understanding of construction site operations, capable of running equipment safely and efficiently, read and understand plans, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Requirements:Duties
· Operate equipment as instructed on construction sites.
· Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
· Execute equipment tasks
· Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate work activities and ensure safety protocols are followed.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety regulations.
Skills
· Strong mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation.
· Proven experience in commercial driving with valid licenses for operating heavy machinery.
· Proficiency in operating equipment
· Previous construction site experience is essential for understanding site dynamics and safety practices.
· Familiarity with Caterpillar machinery is preferred but not mandatory.
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment while communicating clearly with colleagues.
