Michael Jackson Landscape Company is a high-end residential landscape firm seeking an Installation Division Manager to join our team. We work strictly in the Buckhead area of Atlanta on large estate properties and begin our 37th year of experience managing landscapes, installation, and long-term maintenance for Atlanta's finest properties. Our level of client satisfaction is virtually unmatched in the metro area, and we aim to improve our client's investment in quality landscape design and installation. Job description:

• Draft proposals, secure landscape/hardscape material for installation projects, and assist in landscape design.
• Develop a clear understanding of costs and budgets for each job.
• Working knowledge of all associated machinery and trucks involved in the landscape installation division.
• Oversee and coordinate all installation projects.
• Maintain communications with clients, builders, superintendents, landscape architects, subcontractors, partners, etc.
• Demonstrate skill and ability in the area of sales and customer service.
• Coordinate crews, plant procurement, materials, equipment, etc., to ensure job site quality meets the Michael Jackson Landscape Company standards.
• Oversee crew scheduling and training to ensure proper equipment operation, landscape techniques, safety, and quality standards.
• Routinely inspect properties and proactively troubleshoot potential problem areas, such as plant health, job site cleanliness, project time management, etc.
• Oversee job billing, change orders, etc.
• Routinely service and oversee vehicle maintenance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years of experience in landscape installation project management in high-end residential.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
• Vast experience in large tree installation, grading, drainage, soils, irrigation, etc.
• Excellent written and oral communication, time management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• * Not Required but is a plus: Bilingual (Spanish).
