- Identify and secure new business across all MAU segments
- Deliver consultative selling strategies to align with client goals
- Foster and maintain trusting client relationships
- Provide accurate and timely reporting via Salesforce (weekly and monthly KPI tracking)
- Actively promote and support MAU’s safety culture
- Primarily office-based with standard office equipment usage
- Occasional presence in light industrial or clerical facilities with variable work conditions
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk up to 8 hours
- Ability to climb stairs multiple times daily
- Capable of touring manufacturing facilities
- 10% – 25% travel required
