Responsibilities

• Follow all Daybright operational policies and procedures
• Greet and serve guests in an approachable manner, with courtesy, care and genuine hospitality
• Take orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Demonstrate knowledge of brand standards, products, and promotions
• Handle guest concerns quickly and with care
• Ensure beverage/food quality, freshness, and consistency
• Support leadership with opening and/or closing responsibilities
• Communicate clearly between front counter and kitchen teams
• Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning equipment, and keeping the lobby, restrooms, and additional property clean
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality

Requirements

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable standing for long periods, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting as needed
• Work quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly
• Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable with a strong work ethic
• Positive, customer-focused attitude
• Strong communication skills with guests and fellow team members
• Treats others with honor, dignity, and respect
