WebMD Ignite is a leading provider of digital solutions tailored to the healthcare industry. We specialize in creating innovative software products that streamline operations, improve patient engagement, and optimize the online presence of healthcare providers. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager
to lead the development of our website content management system (CMS) software specifically designed for healthcare organizations.
Role Overview:
The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our website CMS product. This CMS software will empower healthcare providers to manage their digital presence efficiently, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and delivering an optimal experience for both patients and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience with CMS platforms, particularly Drupal, and a deep understanding of the unique needs of healthcare providers.
Key responsibilities:
- Define the product strategy and executable roadmap for the CMS software tailored for healthcare providers, aligning with company goals and customer needs.
- Understand the healthcare market trends, compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA), and patient engagement strategies to ensure the product meets industry standards.
- Continuously monitor user feedback, market demands, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure smooth product development and go-to-market processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and healthcare providers, gathering requirements, feedback, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, managing timelines, feature prioritization, and release plans.
- Ensure that the CMS software is optimized for ease of use, scalability, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that Drupal is effectively utilized to build a flexible and customizable CMS solution.
- Focus on delivering an intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly CMS experience that allows healthcare providers to easily manage and update their websites.
- Ensure that the product integrates seamlessly with third-party healthcare applications and platforms, improving workflow efficiency for medical staff and enhancing patient interactions.
- Define and track product KPIs, including user adoption, customer satisfaction, and performance metrics.
- Continuously gather and analyze data from users and the market to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of product management experience in software development, with at least 2+ years working on content management systems (CMS), preferably in the healthcare space.
- Drupal Expertise: Proven experience with Drupal, including overseeing projects that utilize Drupal for website content management.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare industry requirements, especially in managing digital platforms that comply with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms, and product development lifecycles, with the ability to work closely with engineers on technical requirements.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify opportunities, and drive data-informed product decisions.
- Communication & Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with healthcare provider workflows, patient portals, or healthcare CRM systems.
- Experience working in a SaaS environment.
- Experience with implementing AI features in SaaS products.

Comp Range: $108,00 to $125,000 Depending on Experience
This position is also eligible for a commission plan, based upon personal sales goals and results achieved
