Associate Role – Wealth Investment Specialist
This is an exciting and pivotal role, as part of our newly formed US Solutions & Strategic Initiatives team in our Investments line of business. As part of the team, you'll play a key role in driving forward our wealth and solutions strategy and contributing to our value proposition, while growing and servicing our strategic partners and client base. Key responsibilities will include:
Support development efforts of new WTW investment and asset allocation solutions
Engage in strategic partnership conversations that leverage the scale of WTW’s fiduciary investment offering
Support distribution of WTW investment services and funds to asset owners, industry participants and wealth managers
Provide advice and support to internal stakeholders, key partner organizations, and wealth managers on fund offerings and selection and portfolio construction
Conduct and/or participate in regular investment review and client meetings
Coordinate with custodians, platform providers, and third-party investment managers as needed
Oversee, coordinate and prioritize updates to marketing materials and communications for investors and prospects alongside the sales support team
Provide leadership on new investment campaigns, business opportunities and thought leadership initiatives across areas such as portfolio construction, manager research and macroeconomic research
Lead efforts within the new Wealth Center of Excellence, driving the dissemination of global knowledge and best practices across WTW’s key geographic focus areas
Champion the dissemination of our value proposition and marketing best practices across priority growth areas, ensuring alignment and consistency across the US growth team
Enhance existing client relationships to increase client retention and satisfaction
Contribute to special investment projects as needed
Qualifications
The Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in asset management, investment consulting or wealth management
- Extensive knowledge of investment products and financial markets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel required, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics preferred
- Strong client relationship skills: ability to develop relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experienced working with complex, dynamic organizations
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to participating in ongoing development and education opportunities
- Bachelor's degree: advanced degree and achievement of, or progress toward, a professional certification (e.g., CFA) preferred

Compensation And Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $80,000 to $90,000 USD per year.
The role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
