Packer

We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our team in the warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks including picking and packing orders, reading orders, basic math for order counting, packaging, and loading and unloading trucks. Additionally, candidates will maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse and may interact with clients collecting their orders.

• Pick and pack 180 orders per day.
• Read and interpret order details.
• Perform basic math to count units correctly.
• Package orders efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks safely.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness monthly.
• Communicate with clients during order pickups.

• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
• Basic math skills for counting units.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Desire for a long-term career and not just a temporary job.
• Potential for leadership in the future.

• Experience with UPS/FedEx for handling shipping labels.
• Understanding of CRL culture and products is a plus.

The work environment includes a climate-controlled warehouse, though it may get warm during summer months. The facility is divided into a manufacturing side and a warehouse side, focusing on picking and packing smaller parts. The team supports the manufacturing process by stacking the line and ensuring efficient operation.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ATLANTA, GA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
