ESE Consultants , a Toll Brothers company, seeks an Assistant Regional Director of Survey for our operations in the Alpharetta, Georgia area.

We are a full-service land surveying and engineering company with 19 offices in 16 states that conducts site improvement stakeouts, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and ALTA/ACSM surveys for residential and mixed-use developments.

The Land Surveyor/Assistant Regional Director of Surveying will direct all field and office activities, including scheduling, plan preparation, construction stakeout, support of closing and legal departments including property descriptions, as-built surveys, topographical surveys, and field surveying.

The ideal candidate will be a surveyor licensed in the state of Georgia, with a successful history of managing survey projects, experience working as a Field Surveyor, knowledge of AutoCAD, Leica instruments and software, Carlson civil software, Microsoft Windows and Office software, and other related surveying software.
