Job Title: Finance Part time Team Member

Reports To: Finance Lead

Location: Suwanee, GA

Job purpose

We are seeking a part time finance team member with prior accounting experience (2-3 years) who is looking for a 25-30 hour a week position. The job requires skills in data base management, operations/ administration and customer service.

Duties and responsibilities

• Work as a member of the Finance team helping in various areas within the department
• Adhere to established best practices for accuracy, security and confidentiality
• Perform all aspects of tasks in the accounting department
• Learn and work with the newest automating accounting tools
• Work with QuickBooks Enterprise, ConnectWise PSA and quoting software

Requirements

• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite(Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Understanding of basic accounting principles, Quickbooks experience a plus
• Good organizational skills
• Detail oriented
• Excellent time management skills
• Good problem solver
• Flexible with tasks and schedule
• Ability to work successfully in a team and independently

Working conditions

The Finance Data Entry position requires only 25-30 hours per week during business hours of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Physical requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
