Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

DP World in Fairburn, GA is looking for a reliable, organized, and fast-paced Shipping & Receiving Coordinator ready to keep our inbound and outbound operations running smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, you’ll be the critical link between the warehouse, carriers, and customers — ensuring shipments arrive on time, orders are processed correctly, paperwork is accurate, and everything moves through the facility with precision. You’ll verify deliveries, oversee loading/unloading, manage documentation, and communicate with multiple teams to eliminate delays and resolve issues in real time.

About the Role

How you will contribute

• Answers routine and non-routine inquiries and performs duties involving the collection, verification, and/or dissemination of material levels and customer needs and demands.
• Update trailer report and Team Board.
• Complete problem resolution report- carrier claims, no ASN’s, vendor discrepancies.
• Ensures all inbound and outbound transportation windows are met; escalates issues as required
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

• High school diploma; some college is preferred.
• Experience working in an automotive or logistics environment.
• Proficiency on computers and Microsoft Office products.
• Data analysis.
