AREA SALES MANAGER, ATLANTA

NGI, a leading company in hygienic design solutions, is experiencing rapid growth in the North American market. To support this expansion, we are hiring an Area Sales Manager as the first NGI team member with a physical presence in Atlanta. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving market, build strong customer relationships, and accelerate NGI’s success in the U.S.
The American market, following the DACH region, is NGI’s largest market with the highest contribution margins. Given its enormous potential, the "Americas" region plays a critical role in NGI’s future growth strategy. Your role will be to develop existing customers while unlocking new business opportunities in a high-growth environment. As a key player in NGI’s continued success, you will establish NGI’s presence in Atlanta while collaborating closely with colleagues in Chicago and Denmark to drive growth and strengthen NGI’s market position.
Your responsibilities:
- Expand NGI’s presence in Atlanta by strengthening relationships with existing customers and developing new business opportunities
- Drive growth by identifying and capitalizing on market potential in alignment with NGI’s product portfolio
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure
- Establish NGI’s independent presence in the Atlanta region while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall market strategy
- Build long-term partnerships by offering value-driven solutions and strategic customer engagement
- Collaborate closely with NGI’s headquarters and sales team to execute a coordinated growth plan
You have a solid background in B2B sales and a track record of delivering strong results - preferably within the food & beverage industry (F&B), the pharmaceutical sector, or technical sales of machinery. You excel in solution-based selling of tangible products in relatively short sales cycles and are comfortable managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
As NGI’s first dedicated representative in Atlanta, you should be comfortable working independently in the field while maintaining strong collaboration with your teammates in Chicago and Denmark. You bring business acumen, a structured approach, and the ability to persuasively communicate the value of NGI’s solutions to customers.
