HR Business Partner
Our client, a growing national chemical manufacturer with locations across the US, is looking for a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join their team in Atlanta, GA. From cutting-edge research and development to seamless commercial operations and efficient supply chain management, our client is committed to setting new benchmarks and pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
As our client continues to expand their footprint across the nation, they are seeking an experienced and passionate Human Resources Business Partner to join their national HR team and contribute to the next chapter of their success story. This role is will support three vital business units and have a focus in talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Human Resources Business Partner Responsibilities:Apply HR guidelines and standards in daily operations while working closely with HR colleagues and organizational leaders.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle from compensation, benefits, and leave administration to performance issues, investigations, talent development, engagement, and training programs.
Partner with leadership to implement the company’s talent strategy, including workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and succession initiatives that drive a strong performance culture.
Develop and execute initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and overall workplace satisfaction.
Provide managers with expert HR guidance on people matters, policies, procedures, and HR programs, offering solutions that align with best practices.
Lead HR initiatives that foster a culture of excellence, collaboration and innovation, positioning our client as an employer of choice
- Manage employee relations investigations as they come up
- Assist with performance management at the plant and corporate level
- 8+ years of experience as a HR generalist, or HR Business Partner
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or a related industry is required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Prior experience in HR COE focuses including employee relations, talent acquisition, organization & talent Management, and workforce planning.
- Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
This position can pay up to $150,000 salary and offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k match.
