FÜM – A contemporary Italian restaurant where open-fire cooking meets handmade pasta, seasonal ingredients, and a curated selection of natural wines. Rooted in farm-to-table philosophy, FÜM is a celebration of Italian tradition reimagined through a modern lens.

Rabbit Ears – A high-end cocktail bar designed for elevated evenings and unforgettable experiences. Think expertly crafted cocktails, intimate ambiance, and an unforgettable view!

The Role: We’re on the hunt for passionate, hospitality-driven servers who thrive in dynamic environments and want to be part of something truly special. If you love creating memorable guest experiences, working with top-tier ingredients, and being part of a team that values growth, creativity, and culture—this is your moment.

You Are:

• Experienced in upscale or high-volume restaurant service is a plus, but not required
• Knowledgeable about food, wine and beverage pairings
• Passionate about hospitality and guest connection
• Dedicated to learning and sharing our menu & culinary philosophy and ethos
• Comfortable working in a pooled house environment with competitive hourly base pay
• A natural host with a warm, engaging presence
• Excited to contribute to a team that values sustainability, creativity, and community
