Operations Manager – Baked
Baked is seeking a strong, energetic, and dependable Operations Manager to help lead daily restaurant operations, train team members, and maintain excellent customer service standards. This leadership role requires someone who can effectively manage people, solve problems quickly, and work in all positions throughout the restaurant when needed.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth shift execution
- Train and onboard new team members according to Baked standards
- Lead by example in customer service, professionalism, and teamwork
- Work all positions as needed, including cashier, prep, line, and kitchen support
- Manage shift performance, labor flow, and team accountability
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, food quality, and operational organization
- Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and company standards are consistently maintained
- Coach employees on upselling, speed, accuracy, and guest experience
- Handle customer concerns professionally and help create positive resolutions
- Support hiring efforts and team development
- Complete administrative and operational tasks assigned by ownership
- Previous restaurant leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
- Positive attitude with the ability to motivate a team
- Must be flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Qualifications
- Experience working as a manager
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, and prioritize
