Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, overseeing projects from inception to completion. As a Commercial Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of commercial construction projects.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers and subcontractors.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols on the construction site.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing according to plans and specifications.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
- Collaborate with the project team to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to site personnel.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Superintendent in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Education and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial construction.
