Veterinary Client Service Representative – General Practice

Part-Time with rotating Saturdays

Marietta, Georgia

Thrive Pet Healthcare - Marietta is looking for a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.

Experience & Skills Requirements:

• Customer service experience
• Veterinary customer service experience is preferred, but not required
• Excel in client satisfaction & compassion
• Able to provide high-quality client care
• Outstanding verbal communication skills
• Friendly & outgoing
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Responds to challenges positively
• High School Diploma or equivalent, AAS or higher preferred
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Veterinary hospital experience is preferred, however not required
• Organization and tremendous attention to detail is a must
• Must be able to multi-task and manage time effectively

Role Responsibilities:

• Greeting clients, and their pets.
• Showing care and empathy for every client and pet every day
• Communicating via phone, email, and/ or in person with clients and actively listening to their concerns
• Scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, processing client payments
• Utilizing computer information system to accurately enter client/patient information, record patient history, and update and maintain medical records
• Preparing invoices and processing payments

At Thrive Pet Healthcare - Marietta, we offer primary care services for cats and dogs in Marietta, GA, and the metro-Atlanta area. We provide wellness and preventive care, surgery, dental cleaning prophylaxis and extractions, vaccines, and diagnostic testing. We are proud to be a Fear Free® practice.

We are open Monday – Saturday 8:00am – 6:00pm

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $15 - $18 / hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
