Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Technical Analyst - Supply Chain Planning with strong expertise in Retail Supply Chain systems , particularly Demand Forecasting and Replenishment . The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to support and modernize planning platforms, including Manhattan DFIO , while driving process improvements and ensuring system stability during migrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions aligned with business requirements

• Assist in design, estimation, planning, and implementation of supply chain initiatives

• Support and maintain Manhattan DFIO applications, including incident management and after-hours support

• Analyze system errors, identify data and processing issues , and recommend fixes

• Work with Snowflake cloud data warehouses to ensure performance, scalability, and security

• Create system test plans and perform end-to-end system testing

• Follow change management processes , including creating and managing ServiceNow change requests

• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure architectural alignment and quality

• Collaborate with architects and developers to deliver solutions for complex requirements

• Document current-state business processes and recommend process improvements

• Support upcoming DFIO migration to new planning platforms

• Maintain coding standards, checklists, and project documentation

• Be proactive, independent, and contribute innovative ideas to improve outcomes

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in Retail Supply Chain Planning

• Expertise in Demand Forecasting, Replenishment, and Inventory Management

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake

• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL

• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux commands

• Experience with ServiceNow change management

• Ability to analyze and model current business processes

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working in Agile environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting or migrating Manhattan DFIO

• Exposure to large-scale retail or enterprise supply chain environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
